The dreaded Final Sale (click here to shop online) is back. That means customers cannot return and exchange sale-priced items purchased online.
To ease the blow, J.Crew is offering customers to take an additional 30% off all sale items (no min) with promo code MUSTHAVE. This offer expires Monday, July 9, 2012. The fine print includes:

I don't mind it when I make a purchase at brick & mortar (B&M) stores because I get to see (& try) the merchandise beforehand. (Not to mention, the price points are lower, making it more appealing.) However, it is a real turn off for online shopping. On a bright note, I think my wallet could use the break. It had been smoking (due to constant use) the past couple of weeks at J.Crew. ;)
